By booking a service, you agree to:

• Be present during the appointment unless otherwise arranged
   

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Service rates are provided during consultation.
   
• Payment is due before service or at time of service unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We accept payment methods such as cash, Zelle, or Venmo (processing fee applied paying via Venmo)
   

Late payments may incur additional fees.

We understand that plans change.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
   
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or percentage of service cost.
   
• No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
   

Clients agree to:

• Remove hazardous materials from the work area
   
• Inform us of any fragile or valuable items
   
• Provide a safe working environment
   

IN BLOOM Organizing LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

While we take great care when handling your belongings, IN BLOOM Organizing LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to items
   
• Loss or damage caused by hidden defects
   
• Items discarded or donated with the client’s consent
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

By using our website, you agree not to:
